Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen online ordering platform at beta.anablu.com or order.anablu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Online Ordering Orders placed through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed are in US dollars.

Payment Payment is processed securely through Square Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you authorize Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen to charge your card for the total order amount including applicable taxes and any gratuity selected.

Pickup and Delivery Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. Delivery orders are fulfilled through third-party courier services. Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners. Delivery availability, fees, and minimum order requirements are displayed at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted and the order has been sent to the kitchen. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly at info@anablu.com or call 716-555-0100 and we will work to make it right.

Loyalty Program Participation in the Ana Blu loyalty program is subject to Square's loyalty program terms. Points are earned on eligible purchases and may be redeemed toward future orders. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

SMS Communications By providing your phone number on our platform, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Group Ordering Group orders are organized by a designated organizer who is responsible for payment. All participants in a group order acknowledge that their selected items will be shared with the organizer and submitted as a single order.

Catering Orders Catering orders require a minimum of 18 hours lead time and a minimum order of $150. Catering orders are subject to review and confirmation by Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen. We reserve the right to decline catering orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Intellectual Property All content on our platform including images, text, logos, and design is the property of Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Ana Blu Mediterranean Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, New York.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
